Bible and Chapel

Each day our classes start with Bible time. “The Jesus Story Book Bible” is the children’s Bible LLA uses. A short story and fun activity to reenforce the lesson, then a prayer for a fun and safe day of learning. Each Friday all classes go into the Crossline Church sanctuary for Chapel, a short bible story, and worship time. We use Integrity Kids

Story Teller, Pizza Dinner, Back To School Night and Open House

A fun twice yearly event. This is our annual Back to School Night each Fall and our annual Open house each Spring. Join us at 5:30 p.m. for a pizza dinner including salad and a drink. Dessert potluck provided by our wonderful families. (Only $5 per person) must pre order. Dinner is followed by a wonderful story teller, and from there a time to visit your child’s classroom.

Literature School Spirit Week

Each day this week dress children are encouraged to come as one of their favorite characters from a children’s book. This is a wonderful opportunity for reading and literature to come alive while we all have fun dressing up and discovering new and wonderful story characters.

Read Across America Special School Event

Each year LLA joins schools and families all across America in celebrating literacy. A special day to celebrate children’s Literature. And a day of class parties and school wide celebrations.

Parent’s Night Out

Parent's Night Out is a quarterly event that parents and kids alike love. Each evening is from 6:00-9:00 pm and is hosted by our very own beloved teachers. Parents get a well deserved night out or just a night off, and kids get fun times with their friends. Advanced sign up required.

A.M. Enrichment Club

7:30 - 8:30 early drop off opportunity for busy families who need to drop their children before the school day at 9:00 A.M. If your child is not enrolled in A.M. Enrichment Club the earliest drop off is at 8:30. Children enrolled in A.M. Enrichment Club need to be dropped off inside of the classroom. A breakfast can be brought. Children participate in a variety of morning activities while under the supervision of one of the classrooms teachers. Must be enrolled.

After School Enrichment Club

Homework. 3:00-3:30 Students are encouraged and supported in completing homework assignments. Enrichment Program 3:30-4:30 Each month is a new enrichment program theme. The final hour 4:30-5:30 is a social time to play, relax in bean bags chairs, read, use the class computer, board games, seasonal crafts and more. Must be enrolled.

Summer School & Vacation Bible School

SS begins the Monday after promotion Friday and is a 5 week program. VBS is also a 5 week program that follows SS and is over the 3rd week of August. The week before LLA summer vacation week.
